1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, MediaFlow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and install a copy of the Software on a computer that you own or control and to run such copy of the Software solely for your own personal non-commercial use (unless a Commercial License is purchased).
2. Copyright Compliance
MediaFlow respects the intellectual property rights of others. You agree strictly NOT to use this application to archive content that you do not own or do not have explicit permission to archive.
By using this software, you affirm that:
- You are the creator or owner of the content; OR
- You have obtained written permission from the copyright holder; OR
- Your usage falls under "Fair Use" provisions (e.g., archive for personal study) in your jurisdiction.
3. Personal Use Only
This license grants usage rights for personal archiving and backup purposes only. You may not use MediaFlow to redistribute, sell, or publicly broadcast archived content. Any commercial use of archived copyrighted material without asking the original creator is strictly prohibited and is a violation of these Terms.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of MediaFlow Pro and the availability of a fully functional Free Version for testing, all sales are final and non-refundable.
However, if you experience a critical technical issue that prevents the software from functioning as described, and our support team is unable to resolve it within 14 days of purchase, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion. Refunds are not provided for "change of mind" or for features already available for testing in the Free Version.
5. Disclaimer / No Liability
MediaFlow is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for how you use the archived content. You assume full responsibility for complying with the terms of service of the platforms you interact with.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license and access to the software immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms, including but not limited to the Copyright Compliance and Personal Use restrictions.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our software after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
